This coordinated effort, targeting the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) threatens to cripple worker organizing and dismantle decades of labor protections and industrial peace. At the forefront of this attack lies a direct challenge to the NLRB’s legitimacy. Elon Musk’s SpaceX, backed by the far-right Federalist Society, argues the Board is unconstitutional due to its structure and member removal process.
