Carey is a partner at Morgan Lewis, one of the most notorious union-busting law firms in America. Representing mega-corporations like Amazon and Apple, she spearheaded efforts to gut workers’ rights across the country, including by urging the Supreme Court to declare the NLRB unconstitutional. “Why should someone who actively believes the NLRB is unconstitutional be allowed to serve as its general counsel?” Teamsters General President Sean M.
