Oct. 5, 2017 | JOBS | U.S. cities, small business organizations and labor unions are urging Congress to reject a proposal that would allow U.S. multinational corporations to pay little to nothing on their offshore profits. Ending taxation of offshore profits would give multinational corporations an incentive to send jobs offshore, thereby lowering U.S. wages.
