Repeal the Sequester: It is Dumb and Damaging

 May 3, 2013 | THE MIDDLE CLASS | Americans are in trouble. Wages are losing ground. Over 20 million need full-time work. The percentage of working-age Americans with jobs is at its lowest level since 1979…Last week, the Congress heard from businessmen and women stranded on flights delayed because of the furloughs of air traffic controllers. Spurred by the anger of the moneyed class, it took only four days for the supposedly gridlocked Congress to "circumvent" the sequester for airline passengers…. It's no secret that when money talks, Congress listens. What is incredible is that Congress seems intent on driving this economy back into recession, which will lead to more unemployment and spreading misery. Read the full story here.
